Winning return following COVID-19 enforced break

Following the cancellation of the bulk of the 2020 season due to COVID-19, an uncharacteristically youthful Demijohns began their 2020 season with a four-wicket win at Pinkneys Green Cricket Club.

Despite his cricketing whites not surviving the off-season, James Earle starred with the ball, at one point having taken three wickets without conceding a run, and finishing with figures of 8-3-20-5. After some lusty blows from Darling, Andrew Dean saw the Demijohns home with an unbeaten 74 and seven overs in hand.
